The Co-operative’s Byelaws provide for the appointment of a Board of Directors to decide and implement policy, plans and projects. They report to shareholders at the AGM, usually held at the end of the first term.
The Co-operative’s objectives are primarily educational in nature. The school conforms to the curriculum laid down by the Ministry of Education, making decisions about income and expenditure to maximize the educational functioning of the school. The real return on investment is the healthy, happy, well-rounded Dunross child.
